If you find yourself suffering from current or past emotional hurts or distress, or feel trapped by life transitions, frustrations, or relationship conflicts, know that there is hope! Together we can work to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find healing. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, or other difficulties, I am ready to come alongside you on your journey to support and encourage you as we search to find the answers. We will strive for your personal growth and well-being, building upon our therapeutic relationship while focusing on your strengths. Consider the possibilities!

I work with women of all ages, adolescence through adulthood, who deal with mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, life transitions, relationship problems, and behavioral issues. I take an eclectic approach and use various interventions, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Christian CBT, implementing faith based practices, if desired.

I am passionate about connecting with and helping those who are struggling with difficult life changes and emotional pain. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them work through their difficulties and heal. I provide a quiet and safe atmosphere so that you may feel comfortable while working through the healing process. I strive to provide my clients with a compassionate heart and a listening ear. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, couples/marital issues, life transitions, adoption and grief. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), but pull from a variety of approaches to provide integrated and well-rounded care.
